1928 Special Coupe - 49-A

The Special Coupe was distinguished by the artificial leather roof material extending to the belt rail at the rear. The Special Coupe replaced the Standard Coupe approximately July 1928. In return, it was replaced by the Standard Coupe at the same time the following year.

The headlamps are the 1928-early'29 "H" type with fluted headlamp lenses and single 21-3cp light bulbs.

A close-up showing the original raven finish (black oxide) horn screws. The wire conduits are nickel plated.

There are many interesting details of the Special Coupe. I hope to have some more photos in the future.
